Heron Martech builds and operates two engagement platforms — Synchropy, a rep-centric account-based engagement platform for B2B sales and marketing teams, and ShareDirect, a personalized engagement platform for associations, alumni networks, and member-based communities. Both platforms allow customers to create and share personalized engagement content with their audiences. Information added to either platform, whether by site visitors or platform users, is stored and managed on our service providers' servers.
We use our own website (www.heronmartech.com) to provide information about Heron Martech, Synchropy, and ShareDirect. Information we collect through our own website is used for our own marketing and is used, disclosed, and protected according to this Privacy Policy.
Our customers use our platforms to build engagement experiences for their own audiences. Heron Martech does not control the content our customers create or the information they choose to collect. That information belongs to our customers and is governed by their own privacy policies. Heron Martech processes customer information as directed by our customers and in accordance with our service agreements.
We have no direct relationship with individuals who provide Personal Information to our customers through our platforms. If you wish to access, correct, or delete information a Heron Martech customer has collected about you, please contact that customer directly.
Our agreements with customers prohibit the collection, management, or processing of Sensitive Information — including credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health information, or other sensitive employment, financial, or health data — through our platforms.
You may explore our website without providing any Personal Information. When you contact us, request a demo, or subscribe to communications, we request Personal Information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and related business details.
Personal Information includes any information you voluntarily submit that identifies you personally — contact details, company information, transaction data, and information publicly available through services such as LinkedIn, Google, or other sources. It also includes Navigational Information (IP address, browser type, referral source, pages viewed, length of visit) where that information can directly or indirectly identify an individual.
We use analytics software to understand how our platforms are used. You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our emails, updating your communication preferences, or contacting us at privacy@heronmartech.com. Note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your account or our services.
Our customers are solely responsible for their own marketing communications. To unsubscribe from a customer's communications, use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them directly.
